Easy to make with a few stir fry vegetables and some noodles. I have used duck left over from a meal or use a whole breast. Pan-frying is a great way to cook duck breast. The skin gets deliciously cris while the breast is still pink in the middle. Start by scoring the skin and cook skin down in a cold pan which while heating up renders the fat down.
